Arie Lee is a Registered Home Inspector at Excel Building Inspection Services Ltd. Arie Lee has Master Degree of Structural and Civil Engineer from UK and he has been working as a building inspector in Greater Vancouver since 1989. He is one of the first Chinese-speaking inspectors in Vancouver. He is a member of the Canadian Association of House & Property Inspectors (CAHPI) since 2005. Also, he is the examiner and mentor for new candidates for home inspectors since 2009. Every week, Arie writes his inspection articles in Singtao Newspaper (one of the biggest chinese newspapers) for over 10 years. FairChild TV and other chinese TV channels have been inviting Arie for home inspection and maintenance programs of properties several times. He speaks fluently English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mardarin) languages. |

Polina Hristov is a Lawyer and LLP of the law firm of Hammerberg Altman Beaton & Maglio LLP. She represents a broad range of clients, both corporate and individuals, in various civil litigation matters. Her practice includes strata property litigation, real estate and other contractual disputes, drafting and review of construction related contracts, builder liens, wrongful dismissal, defamation, and wills and estate matters. Polina has experience with various levels of court including the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Small Claims Court, and Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution hearings.
