Mitch Deevsky is a Licensed Realtor in British Columbia since 2004. He received an Unrestricted License after completing the Property Management pre-licensing course in 2003 and the Real Estate Sales pre-licensing course in 2004 at the University of British Columbia (UBC). With his Unrestricted License Mitch is able to help his clients to buy and sell real estate anywhere in the province of British Columbia, and also he can manage the purchased properties on behalf of the property owners and investors. Mitch has been working as a Westside Division Director at the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board (GVREB) for 2009/2010. His real estate strategy for the Sellers is based on two priorities: right pricing and extensive marketing, and for the Buyers, it is based on honest advice and skilful negotiation.

Mark Drutz is a Realtor’s Assistant who grew up in Toronto living in high-rise apartments, dreaming that one day he would buy his own house. From his teen years, he lived his dream vicariously by frequenting model home developments. It took Mark until he was 28 years old to realize his dream by buying his first home. The flood gates were opened! From there on, Mark bought and sold homes for himself and for real estate investors, earning healthy profits for everyone. Mark spent two decades in senior administrative positions in business and government, before deciding to devote himself entirely to his teenage dream, real estate, in 2006.

Polina Hristov is a Lawyer and LLP of the law firm of Hammerberg Altman Beaton & Maglio LLP. She represents a broad range of clients, both corporate and individuals, in various civil litigation matters. Her practice includes strata property litigation, real estate and other contractual disputes, drafting and review of construction related contracts, builder liens, wrongful dismissal, defamation, and wills and estate matters. Polina has experience with various levels of court including the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Small Claims Court, and Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution hearings. Mediations and informal settlement negotiations are an important part of her practice as well. Advising clients in the most practical and cost effective way to resolve each issue while protecting their interests are fundamental principles of her practice and integral to developing lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect. Polina assisted in the preparation of the 2010 update of the British Columbia Strata Property Practice Manual. This is a publication by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia and is the recipient of the Award for Profesional Excellence in the "Best Publications" category announced in May 2009 by the Association for Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA).
