I knew that there was some pent-up demand after a couple of years of higher interest rates that didn't dampen pricing much.  This year has surprised me, though.  It's as though people are tired of waiting for "the right moment" and need to get on with their lives.  Point being, all those people who have real needs for change:  married, divorced, death in family, new birth, relocation - those people are back in the market.  It's truly, once again, a strong seller's market, especially for single family homes.  We're back to multiple offers, early in the spring season, with inventory still below where we need to be for the market to feel more evenly balanced.

If you're a seller, let's talk about the strategy that sets you up for the highest price possible on terms that suit you best.  If you're a buyer, let's talk about the right strategy to help ensure that YOUR offer is the one that gets accepted, knowing it's likely you'll be competing with other buyers for the home.  In short, if you're considering buying or selling a home...let's talk!
