This Weird Market
Is the world just feeling topsy-turvy to you right now?  It was one thing for interest rates to stubbornly remain elevated and for housing prices to continue to get more expensive.  Now, we add to that the uncertainty with all this tariff talk and the swings that's producing in the stock markets?  I mean, come ON!
Yes, I've had buyers express their concerns and have had a couple of them just decide to stay on the sidelines for a bit to see if things settle down a little.  And no, I'm not one of those Realtors who always say, "Now's a great time to buy!" regardless of what's going on locally or in our world.  So, you have to do you.  What I will say is that there are some people who NEED to move because events in their lives are creating that need:  relocating for a job, birth of a child, death of a family member, marriage, divorce, and so on.  Whether you "want" to move or feel like you "need" to move, if you have questions about what's happening in the real estate market and just want to talk it out, just give me a call.  I'm happy to give my two cents and hopefully ease your mind about what's going on in the housing market.
