Market Update

Interest rates moved up slightly this week, but that hasn’t seemed to put a damper on buyer demand.  If you’re a seller, let’s get your home polished up and ready for prime time, because there are plenty of buyers waiting for your home to hit the market.  If you’re a buyer, you’ll need to be more strategic in how you compete against other buyers and, maybe, be willing to take a hard look at homes that have been sitting on the market for a while – where there’s less competition.

My wife and I are starting to poke around the metro to decide where we want to downsize and that’s put our focus on condos and townhomes.  We’re not quite ready to buy yet, but occasionally we see something that’s just so good, we have to share.  Here’s one we took a look at last night.  If you’re in the market for a Saint Paul condominium and love the charm and character of older homes, this is worth a look!  Not an open house, not my listing, but WOW, call me to see it in person!
